When checking on the car suggestion machine, fill the radiator with water, cover the radiator cap, and check with the tester with rubber ball and water pressure gauge. Connect the tester with the radiator drain switch with a leather tube. Turn on the water drain switch and pinch the rubber ball to encourage. When the steam pipe of the radiator cap is initially pessimistic, the reading of the pressure gauge should be changed between 27 and 37 kPa, indicating that the valve function of the radiator cap is excellent. Then turn off the water drain switch, connect the test leather tube to the steam pipe, and then pinch the rubber ball to stimulate. When the pressure of the water pressure gauge reaches 50kPa, the pressure will be broken. If the pressure can be stable, the sealing will be good. If the pressure drops quickly, it will be unsealed. The leaking part should be checked and repaired.
Repair of car radiator leakage. Most of the leaking parts are at the joint between the upper and lower chambers and the core, which can be modified by tin welding. If the water pipe leaks, the modification process is messy. If a single pipe leaks water, it can be modified by plugging the upper and lower openings of the leaking pipe, but the number of blocked pipes shall not be more than 3. If most of the pipes leak, the method of replacement is generally adopted.
Repair the deformation of radiator fin of car. The deformation of the heat sink will reduce the air flow, so that the heat dissipation can be reduced. It is suggested that the machine is easy to overheat. Repair method, generally use pointed nose pliers to modify the deformed heat sink.
